To inform that, by the decision of the Dissertation Council of the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 12 dated 30 June 2026:
– the time of the defense of the doctoral dissertation submitted by M.Y. Ashirbekov entitled «Current issues of counteracting unauthorized land seizure and its illegal sale: criminal law and criminological aspects», has been rescheduled and set for 11:00 a.m. on 3 July 2026;
– the time of the defense of the doctoral dissertation submitted by G.А. Kayyrbekova entitled «Structuring the system of counteracting financial (investment) pyramid activities: criminal law and criminological aspect», has been rescheduled and set for 03:00 р.m. on 3 July 2026.
