To inform that, pursuant to the application submitted by the doctoral student on 22 June 2026 and in accordance with Paragraph 27 of the Regulations on the Dissertation Council of the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Dissertation Council), the dissertation submitted by D.R. Nurkeyeva for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) under the doctoral educational program 8D12301 “Law Enforcement Activity” (scientific and pedagogical direction), entitled “The Semantic Framework of the Principle of Legality in Criminal Procedure: Rational and Irrational Components”, was withdrawn from the defense by Resolution No. 11 of the Dissertation Council dated 23 June 2026. The defense had previously been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 4 July 2026.
Furthermore, by the above-mentioned Resolution of the Dissertation Council, the time of the defense of the doctoral dissertation submitted by B.T. Urazalin, entitled “Forensic and Technical Support for the Detention of Convicted Persons in Minimum-Security Institutions”, has been rescheduled and set for 10:00 a.m. on 4 July 2026.
