At the IT School-Lyceum in the city of Koshy, master’s students from the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a preventive awareness session with pupils in Years 8–10.
The organization of the meeting was carried out within the framework of the project “Kukyktyk Komek” and is aimed at promoting the ideology of “Law and Order”.
The discussion covered issues relating to the prevention of juvenile delinquency, including the unacceptability of hooliganism, bullying, gambling addiction, the distribution of narcotic substances and the use of e-cigarettes (vapes).
The participants were briefed on the key provisions of criminal and administrative law, as well as legal remedies.
The event took the form of an open dialogue, which helped to raise the pupils’ legal awareness and reinforce the principles of law-abiding behaviour.
