Today, the Academy concluded advanced training courses on the topic: Current Issues of Prosecutorial Oversight of Legality in the Economic Sphere.”
The target audience included heads (and their deputies) of departments for the protection of public interests from regional and equivalent prosecutor’s offices, as well as the Main Military and Main Transport Prosecutor’s Offices.
Among the lecturers were representatives of the judiciary, the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Financial Monitoring Agency, the Ministry of Finance, the Supreme Audit Chamber, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken”, and JSC “NC Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary”.
During the training, participants examined judicial practices related to appeals against actions of prosecutorial bodies and oversight acts, as well as the application of legislation on public procurement, taxation, land use, and urban planning.
Special attention was given to the capabilities of remote space monitoring presented by JSC “NC Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary”, particularly in identifying unauthorized land seizures, unused plots, and monitoring of natural resources, waste, and emergency situations.
The acquired materials and exchange of practical experience will enable participants to apply modern approaches and legal tools in oversight activities aimed at protecting the legitimate interests of the state and society.
