180th Birthday of Abai Kunanbayuly: Academy Honors the Great Thinker

On August 10, 2025, to commemorate the 180th birthday of the great Kazakh poet, thinker, and educator Abai Kunanbayuly, the staff and students of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan laid flowers at his monument in Astana.
Abai Kunanbayuly left behind a rich spiritual and moral legacy centered on ideas of justice, honesty, and service to society. These principles are in harmony with the mission of the law enforcement system, which aims to strengthen the rule of law, protect citizens’ rights, and ensure justice.
The laying of flowers was a symbolic gesture of gratitude to the great thinker and a reminder of the unbreakable link between spiritual heritage and the legal foundations of the state. Participants emphasized that Abai’s precepts remain relevant today, inspiring a conscientious and honest commitment to serving the country.
