On July 3-4, 2025, the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted the successful defense of doctoral dissertations for the PhD degree. Three doctoral candidates presented their research, demonstrating a high level of preparation and the relevance of their chosen topics to both legal practice and scholarship.
Dissertation Defenses
- Timur K. Avenov defended his dissertation on “Administrative Liability for Violating the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Organization and Conduct of Public Events” (6D030300).

The defenses were held with the participation of scientific advisors and leading academic experts, who confirmed the high quality of the research. The presented works address current legal issues and will contribute to the development of legal theory and practice in Kazakhstan.
