On June 26, 2025, a formal graduation ceremony was held in the assembly hall of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for students who completed their initial professional training for the Economic Investigation Service.
For the first time, the event took place in the Agency’s building itself, making it a particularly significant occasion for the graduates. Receiving their certificates of completion at their future workplace added special symbolism to the ceremony and underscored the importance of their chosen career path.
Speaking to the graduates, Deputy Chairman of the Agency Zhenis Yelemesov emphasized that starting service is not just a new stage but a serious test of professional maturity. He thanked the lecturers and the young officers’ parents, noting, “This is an important milestone, the beginning of a journey that requires not only knowledge but also great responsibility, integrity, and continuous self-improvement.”
The Rector of the Academy, Marat Seksembayev, also offered words of encouragement. He thanked the Agency’s leadership for their help in organizing the ceremony and wished the young officers a dignified service, reminding them to remember the high mission on their shoulders and always be guided by the interests of the state and its citizens.
At the conclusion of their training, top-performing students were awarded certificates for their academic achievements and active participation in the Academy’s sports and social life. These awards were not only a recognition of their personal merits but also a motivating start for their future service.
The ceremony was made more emotional by the heartfelt congratulations from the parents. Their words of support, pride, and encouragement were a touching moment, reminding the graduates that their families’ trust and hopes for their professional success are behind them.
