From June 9 to 13, 2025, the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan will hold an advanced training course on the topic: “Improving the communication skills of prosecutors, interaction with the media. Development of public speaking skills.”
The program is aimed at developing the soft skills necessary for effective work in modern conditions. As part of the course, prosecutors will learn tools for public speaking, active listening, empathy, stress reduction, and emotion management.
Classes will be taught by Academy instructors and invited experts. Participants will be able to discuss current issues of professional interaction with the public and the media, and practice practical communication skills in stressful and crisis situations.
Upon completion of the training, a certificate confirming the acquired competencies will be issued.
