Salute to heroes: Academy among participants in the campaign in Taibob

On April 30, 2025, representatives of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in a commemorative event “Er esimi – el esinde” dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The ceremony took place at the monument to Hero of the Soviet Union Rakhymzhan Koshkarbayev in the village of Taito, Akmola Region. As part of the event, flowers were laid as a sign of deep gratitude and respect for the feat of the fallen heroes.

The participants paid special attention to the feat of Rakhimzhan Koshkarbayev, a legendary warrior who, on April 30, 1945, together with Grigory Bulatov, was the first to hoist the Red Banner on the facade of the Reichstag in Berlin, becoming a symbol of the coming Victory. His heroism remains a source of national pride and patriotic inspiration.

Representatives of state bodies, law enforcement agencies, veterans, young people, and public figures took part in the event. As in previous years, the Academy supported the initiative aimed at perpetuating the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and instilling in the younger generation a sense of duty and respect for the historical past.

Preserving the memory of the heroic deeds of our ancestors is our shared responsibility to future generations.
