The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan is introducing modern approaches to training future prosecutors. Another example of this is the intellectual game “60 Seconds,” organized for students undergoing initial professional training.
The format of the game allowed for the combination of theoretical knowledge with practical tasks, creating a lively educational environment in which students demonstrated their skills in analysis, critical thinking, quick reaction, and teamwork. Five teams took part in the event, each competing not only for victory but also for the opportunity to demonstrate their professional qualities in an unusual situation.
The aim of the game was to develop key competencies required in the professional activities of a prosecutor: the ability to defend a position with arguments, work in a team, make quick decisions, and apply legal knowledge in real-life situations.
During four rounds and a special captain’s round, the participants actively interacted, demonstrating leadership qualities, legal erudition, and a creative approach to solving problems. The winner of the game was the 3rd platoon, which confidently proved itself at all stages of the intellectual competition.
Such events are an integral part of the educational process at the Academy, underscoring its commitment to training a new generation of highly qualified specialists who are confident, competent, and ready to meet the challenges of the modern legal environment.
