Today, a dialogue meeting with the participation of judges of the Constitutional Court was held at the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office. The event was held as part of the implementation of the National Plan “Ata Zhan – Tauelsizdik Tiregi,” dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The forum was organized by the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies, in conjunction with the Department for Coordination of Regulatory Activities of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Opening the meeting, Deputy Prosecutor General Aset Chindaliev emphasized the importance of cooperation between the prosecutor’s office and the Constitutional Court and reported on the work being done to ensure the implementation of its decisions. According to him, the prosecutor’s office regularly provides opinions on constitutional proceedings, has organized dozens of training events, and has submitted acts of prosecutorial supervision to state bodies.
In his speech, Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court Bakyt Nurmukhanov focused on the importance of the Court in strengthening constitutional legality and protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens. He noted the importance of dialogue between the judicial and educational communities, emphasizing the Court’s openness to professional and scientific cooperation.
The rector of the Academy, Marat Seksebaev, presented the main directions and results of the Academy’s activities to the meeting participants, including a detailed description of the system of initial professional training for future employees. Issues related to the professional development of current employees, the development of master’s and doctoral programs, and international cooperation were also highlighted. In addition, the head of the university familiarized the meeting participants with the results of scientific research carried out at the Academy.
Constitutional Court Judge Roman Podoprigora gave a presentation on the practical application of certain Court decisions, while Deputy Head of the Court Administration Erlan Saparov spoke about the mechanisms for implementing final rulings and cooperation with state bodies.
At the end of the meeting, guests were given a tour of the Academy’s training facilities, including specialized classrooms, a cyber center, and educational training grounds.
