On February 21, the Academy held a winter team-building event for employees aimed at strengthening team spirit, bringing the team together, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
The event was a great opportunity to recharge your batteries, have fun, and improve both your physical and emotional health.
Five teams formed from employees of various departments took part in the team building event. Exciting challenges awaited them: ski races, team skiing, archery, nail hammering, ball in a cage, bowling, cornhole, and bobsledding. During the competition, the participants demonstrated teamwork, agility, and a desire to win, experiencing a range of vivid emotions.
The Academy’s management highly appreciated the level of teamwork and the active involvement of employees in the sports competitions.
The winner of the competition was the team from the 3rd Institute, “Koshinsky Barsy.” All participants were awarded cups, certificates, and prize vouchers. The event ended with a friendly tea party, where colleagues were able to share their impressions and celebrate their successes.
