The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan will defend the dissertation for the degree of doctor (PhD) of Anna Nikolaevna Badanova on the topic: «Theoretical and applied foundations of remote investigative actions» according to the educational program of the doctoral program «8D04201– Jurisprudence».
The dissertation was carried out on the basis of the Department of General Legal Disciplines of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
