Increasing public confidence is one of the tasks of law enforcement agencies, which is widely reflected in the content of the Academy’s curricula.
Another training on building a constructive dialogue with the population was organized for employees of the prosecutor’s offices of Nur-Sultan and Akmola region.
The classes were conducted by Professor of the Academy Ulbosyn Zhanatayeva and associate professor Maral Aliyeva, Deputy Prosecutor of the Akmola region Ruslan Raykhanov acted as an expert.
Students were trained in conflict management skills, methods of constructive dialogue with applicants, working with various groups of the population.
Bibigul Kulaman, a well-known journalist, was invited to cover issues of reputation management and work with the media in crisis situations. The speaker shared recommendations on interaction with representatives of the press, as well as “life hacks” for holding a briefing.
