Employees of the central office of the Prosecutor General’s Office underwent a week–long training “Constructive dialogue with the population – an indicator of the level of trust.”
Earlier, the Academy organized similar events for police officers, employees of the Anti-Corruption Service, the Financial Monitoring Agency and the Main Directorate of the Military Police.
The training program is based on the concept of a “Hearing State”. Thus, prosecutors were trained to conduct an open dialogue with various groups of the population – applicants, journalists, opponents, including in conditions of aggressive moods.
As part of the simulation exercise, the students studied the basics of stress management and negotiation skills, mastered effective tools that allow them to quickly establish contact with people, promptly respond to a changing situation.
According to the participants of the seminar, the content of the curriculum is of great practical value. The classes provided an opportunity to gain knowledge for making quick and adequate decisions, building a constructive dialogue, resolving and preventing conflicts.
