The Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies conducts an interdepartmental scientific research on the topic: “Problems and prospects of the Institute of private bailiffs”.
Representatives of regional prosecutor’s offices, private bailiffs, Kazakhstani and foreign scientists are invited to participate in it.
The purpose of the study is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of the activities of the Institute of private bailiffs in Kazakhstan and to develop proposals for its improvement, including on the basis of an analysis of international law and the experience of foreign countries.
Considering that the results of the study can have a positive impact on law enforcement practice, we invite all interested persons and organizations to participate in this work.
The Academy is open to constructive dialogue. All suggestions and recommendations on this topic will be studied and taken into account.
