In addition, taking into account the results of examinations, the study of personal files of candidates, by open voting, on the basis of paragraph 42 of the Rules of selection for initial professional training and the conditions of its passage for those entering the service of the Prosecutor’s Office, the anti-corruption service and the economic Investigation Service, as well as the grounds for their deduction from initial professional training, approved by a Joint Order of the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 80 dated June 26, 2020, The Chairman of the Anti—Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 199 dated June 29, 2020 and the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 675 dated July 14, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), all members of the admission interdepartmental commission unanimously refused to undergo initial professional training

3. The admission interdepartmental commission, taking into account the needs of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring in 60 candidates for training, unanimously according to the list, according to the points scored, decided to accept an additional 84.44 points from the Tynyshtyk Muldir Anuarkyzy (Aktobe region), who did not pass the selection for initial professional training in the prosecutor’s office.
- In accordance with paragraph 43 of the Rules, candidates recommended for initial professional training, within three working days from the date of the decision, submit to the personnel service at the place of residence an exhaustive list of documents specified in this paragraph for mandatory special verification.
- According to the order of the Rector of the Academy, recommended candidates for initial professional training will be enrolled in the Academy from January 01, 2022.
The training sessions will begin on January 05, 2022.
In this regard, enrolled candidates must arrive at the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 04, 2022 from 10:00 to 20:00 (Akmola region, Kosshy, Republic Street, 16).
At the same time, we remind you that students must comply with all quarantine restrictive measures (for all arrivals – the presence of negative PCR tests, in the absence of vaccination passports – mandatory weekly PCR testing).
At the same time, the entrance to the territory of the Academy will be possible only with the status “safe” (green).
You must have with you:
✓ original identity card;
✓ certificate of a negative PCR test, including those with a vaccination passport);
✓ camouflage uniform (hakki) — insulated jacket (pea jacket), jacket and trousers of straight cut;
✓ fur hat with earflaps of blue color;
✓ muffler (scarf) — black or dark blue;
✓ for men: leather boots with high boots in black,
✓ for girls: boots, black shoes without heels;
✓ insulated black gloves;
✓ business uniform (for men: suit, tie, shirt, shoes; for girls: skirt, blouse, shoes without heels);
✓ T-shirts: camouflage colors and solid color;
✓ personal hygiene items;
✓ sports uniforms, including sneakers;
✓ a bank card of “Halyk Bank” or “Kaspibank” to transfer the scholarship;
✓ stationery (pens, simple pencils, markers, notebooks in total in the amount of 20 pieces);
✓ the use of personal laptops is allowed.
For all questions regarding uniforms, enrolled candidates should contact the responsible employee of the Academy, Taizhanov Bolatbek Abdigaparovich (8-777-883-11-24).
If signs of acute respiratory viral infection or a positive PCR test appear before arriving at the Academy, the candidate should contact the medical institution at the place of residence with a sick leave and immediately notify the Academy (responsible employee Zhylkybayeva Marhaba Bolatovna 8-777-406-22-74).
After recovery, the candidate must come to the Academy to study (have a sick leave and a certificate of a negative PCR test with him).
