At the meeting of the Dissertation Council of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies, the defense of applicants for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) was held.
The graduates of the doctoral program of the Academy presented their works: Sagynysh Ayaganova – “Problems of implementation of international standards for combating transnational organized crime in the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan”; Malik Mukanov – “Problems of investigation of crimes in the monetary sphere»; as well as graduates of doctoral studies of the Karaganda Academy MIA RK named B.Beisenov presented their works: Adele Sadvakasova – “Problems of begining pre-trial proceedings on the criminal-procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and Talgat Sakebaev – “Organizing-legal problems of counteracting corruption in IAB of the RK”.
Discussion on the discussion of scientific works was held with the participation of representatives of the scientific community, the Supreme court, the Constitutional Council, the Foundation of Nursultan Nazarbayev, the Academy “Bolashak”, Almaty and Karaganda Academies of the MIA of the RK.
The dissertations were highly appreciated. The research results are recognized as new, justified and reliable. It was suggested to send them to the relevant state bodies for implementation in practice.
As a result, the Dissertation Council decided to award the applicants the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
Congratulating the dissertators on their successful defense, the Chairman of the Dissertation Council of the Academy, Doctor of Law, Professor Isidor Borchashvili called on them to be worthy successors of legal science, to strengthen the authority of the law enforcement system with their daily work.
